VIDEO: Nikon 1 AW1 Preview

The Nikon 1 AW1 came as quite a shock to me. I really didn’t have the highest expectations for this 1 series camera. I figured it would be on par with the other 1 cameras, adding only a waterproof shell. But the camera is shaping up to be a much better camera than I expected. The build quality of the AW1 is solid and sturdy. The imagery is good and the video was able to keep up with a swimming ferret. Other than the fact that it could not record quality sound underwater, I have enjoyed leaving the camera on auto and snapping a few pics before our Ohio weather became too dreary.
