Nikon brings out two more L-series models in the weeks leading up to PMA 2010. The Nikon Coolpix L110 will feature a 15x optical zoom and the Coolpix L22 rounds out their budget-oriented line with basic features for a sub-$150 price.
Nikon Coolpix L110

A 15x optical zoom lens is supported with sensor-shift image stabilization. It will also offer a new Sport Continuous Mode, which captures downsized 3 megapixel images at 11 fps. The L110 will record 720p HD videos and will accept four AA batteries. It will be available in the standard black pictured below or a bolder red.
Nikon Coolpix L22
Pared down to a basic feature set, the Coolpix L22 will feature a 12 megapixel sensor and a 3.6x optical zoom lens. Users will compose images on a 3.0 inch LCD. The unit is powered by AA batteries and includes electronic stabilization only. Black, red, blue, and champagne silver round out the color options.
