The new GE digital cameras will be making their debut starting at midnight on May 1, 2007 on the HSN network. The G1 digital camera will be featured as "Today’s Special" on the shopping network.

The G1 is a sleek 7 megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom and 2.5 inch LCD. It also has features that are "standard" on all GE digital cameras: face detection, image stabilization, red-eye removal, and panoramic stitching.
