Casio toughens up with rugged Exilim EX-G1

Casio announces today their first rugged camera, the Exilim EX-G1. Available in black or sporty red, the G1 is rated for underwater photography up to ten feet, is shock-resistant up to a seven foot drop, dustproof, and freezeproof to temperatures as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit.

Casio releases Exilim Zoom EX-Z280 and EX-Z33

Casio introduces today the slim Exilim Zoom EX-Z280 and EX-Z33. The Z280 offers more of the fancy stuff, like 720p video and sensor-shift image stabilization, and the back-to-basics Z33 features a 10.1 megapixel CCD and Casio's tried and true YouTube video recording mode. Both feature beginner-friendly "Easy" modes.

Casio launches Exilim EX-H10 compact ultrazoom

Casio announced this morning that it will soon be getting into the blossoming compact ultrazoom market with the launch of the 10x zoom Casio Exilim EX-H10. Following a format familiar to many of its competitors, the 12.1 H10 features a wide-angle zoom lens covering the 35mm equivalent of 24-240mm and features 720p HD video capture as well.
