PROS: 7X zoom Battery life is good

CONS: 1st V7 worked for 5 days. Mediocre pics until the infamous "Camera stabilizer not available" kicked in. And as for the replacement V7 (they gave me someone else's USED junk) it NEVER worked properly. Focus faulty. In fact, totally useless in auto mode with any hint of zoom used. Overheated and crashed while making short (1 minute) movie. File numbers went wonky. Flash is useless beyond 3 - 4 feet. It fogs the photo at more than that distance. Casio REFUSES to fix/replace/refund. They refuse to honor their warranty. 8 months battling and only now are they even considering examining the camera. Google "Casio v7 problems" for more victims.

  Great combination of features for point and shoot

PROS: Point and shoot ease, size, convenience, fast focus, video mode and quality, zoom while taking video

CONS: Easy to put finger in front of lens, flash strength and position (= red eye), cant connect USB or charger without docking station.

  Poor Image and Video Quality! Flash TOO hot!

PROS: Optical Zoom, Small body, No "lens" that extends out

CONS: Picture quality POOR!! Video was AWFUL!
