PROS: all pros, every category from point and shoot automatic... to the ability to override, set, and customize settings more than I could ever do on my traditional 35mm Nikon's, Olympus, and Canon. 30 years shooting and I feel more like a professional with this camera than I ever have. Battery life is excellent, formating excellent. NO CONS

CONS: none, 0, nado, zilch

PROS: light weight, ease of use, compatiability of other nikon products

CONS: different battery than other nikon, forcing you to carry a separate charger if you have a coolpix camera too.
