  The best you can have in the non-DSLR segment

PROS: - Massive, good looking, SLR-style body - Very good lens with manual zoom ring - Outstanding picture quality (SuperCCD) - Useable high-ISO levels (i.e. ISO 1600 is not only a line in the pamphlet, but a real feature, try the same with a Panasonic, Canon, or Sony, and check the difference....). - Nice, bright LCD screen - Nice digital zoom - Long battery life

CONS: - EVF is small, and hardly useable - No IS - No SD card support

  It's about as good as it gets.

PROS: Relativly low price, incredible image quality, manual zoom is heaven, feels sturdy, unbeatable flash, tons of features, captures RAW images, well design, the list goes on.

CONS: No image stabilization, auto mode is horrible, maximum xD card size is 2GB, horrible CNET review.

CONS: Yes, Fuji missed the boat by not offering true image stabilization.

  Awesome camera

PROS: Too many to list here! Own a Fujifilm S5000 and enjoyed it, this camera was a natural step up. I have only begun to learn all of its' capabilities. I love the SP settings - I have used the "sunset" setting to take some absolutely stunning shots of the evening sky. Consider the S6000FD a very good value for all of its' features. Highly recommended!

CONS: Sort of miss the power zoom of my S5000 but the manual zoom ring is more precise. It is larger and a little heavier "around the neck", will look at changing to a different neck strap. No other cons that I can think of - in short - Buy this camera, you will not be disappointed!!

PROS: High ISO great quality, Manual Focus Ring, Zoom Ring, Great LCD

CONS: Would like dedicated ISO dial/button, wish it had SD memory

PROS: Great image quality- superb detail in images- has RAW -Tack sharp lens- ISO and dynamic range leads the pack in this category- noise is only an issue that cannot be adjusted for at ISO 3200- the weight of the camera is indicative of the build quality- this camera is fun to use as apposed to the Nikon 8400 which I own.

CONS: This camera might be heavy for some BUT its well balanced and feels good in the hand. Color accuracy is only good to very good - too bad it wasnt the exceptional accuracy of the Finepix 5200. In summary this is camera is the total package with no weaknesses and above all is fun and easy to use.
