TOTAL USER RATINGS: 10
PROS: jaw dropping performance in low light, very user friendly buttons with wide display and feature rich gadget
CONS: nothing found so far already took more than 1000 images
PROS: Excellent image quality, fast, best low light performance in its class
CONS: Not weather sealed. Cost can add up with lens and accessories
PROS: Excellent design and craftsmanship. Solid feel. User friendly. Intuitive placement of controls for eyes-on-target handling.
CONS: A little expensive. You need to know why you got it over something simpler. It requires some effort to get the best photos but is very capable.
PROS: Write speed to CF card, burst speed, and wake up speed, and the improved CMOS sensor
CONS: None yet that I have found
PROS: Quality, price, performance, and reliability in every dimension summarizes this camera; it is fast, feels great in my hands, and the controls are intuitive for Canon EOS enthusiasts. Photo quality=10.
CONS: I would like to see the wireless speedlite control built into the body like the Nikon D70s, but otherwise, this camera is hard to criticize, quality or otherwise.
PROS: Fast; easy to use
CONS: LCD Zoom is not useful at all to check focus and sharpness. The 17-85 mm lens had to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect.
PROS: spot metering, iso setting visible in viewfinder, 100,000 shutter cycles, 2.5" LCD screen, great picture quality, build quality
CONS: 3.5% spot metering (d70 has 1%), direct print button (it is only for new canon printers! Quite distracting presence if you don't plan to buy canon pixma pro9500 or 9000 printers!)
PROS: Spot metering
CONS: Hmm.. if forced to find one, the mid-sized SLR (+ lenses, accessories) is not the most compact for carrying, esp for travelling. It has other advantages of course. And not unique to this camera.
PROS: everything from the 20D , but now there's a spot meter and more RAW buffering. Bigger LCD is also a good tweak.
CONS: no weather sealing
PROS: I loved the 20d, I spent a lot of time looking at it and feeling it. But I just felt that It had been over a year since the last camera had came out. I knew a stronger one was out there.
CONS: I don't know of any at the time.
