TOTAL USER RATINGS: 8
PROS: Great if you take well lit outdoor pictures, or like to take flash pictures indoors (and I mean EXCLUSIVELY flash pictures).
CONS: Terrible for indoor pictures with flash off. 90% of pictures are blurry, and the stupid shaky camera icon is on 90% of the time.
PROS: quick ready-to-fire time, easy of use, nice display size, rotating displayed content pretty nice
CONS: typical point-and-shoot fringing in low light, displayed content rotation won't always go the way you'd like it to
PROS: Near-instant start-up time; 7 Mega-pixel sensor; HUGE beautiful 2.5'' screen; clear & crisp pictures; lots of options; sexy design; innovative features like auto rotate and easy transfers
CONS: Slighty cramped controls; meh-quality flash bulb; not enough manual options; tiny optical veiw finder; chucky battery charger
PROS: This has the lowest noise and best photo quality of any ultra compact (I am on my 9th digital camera)
CONS: Lack of manual control...but come on...it is an ultra compact after all. In a compact I want something that will fire up quickly and take good photos. If you want manual control go for a DSLR.
PROS: Fantastic image quality. Tons of options I was surprised by the depth of (color highlight/swap, even in video!). Solid construction. Big LCD. Very easy to use. Very happy with it, glad I got one.
CONS: Auto focus is slow and random, I often use"spot" focus instead of it's default of "evaluative". No way to save YOUR default settings (ie: user profiles). In auto it loves to use the flash even when it doesn't need to (indoors but with plenty of ambient light for example).
OVERALL SCORE:9/10
PROS: Powerful flash, quick auto focus, impressive AF-assist beam, great in low light, long battery life, bright LCD
CONS: No manual shutter speed or aperture settings, lots of noise at ISO 400 (not noticeable in 4x6 prints)
PROS: Great image quality, large screen, easy controls, simple and effective design, optical viewfinder, small size/lightweight, good zoom for its size, excellent movie mode, preset scene mode and my colors
CONS: Rare purple fringing, soft edges, average red-eye and slow shot to shot time with flash.
PROS: good construction, small size , beautiful colours, good video
CONS: camera lack image stabilizer, pictures come not focused well indoor, poor continous mode in indoor conditions
