PROS: Compact size, waterproof, sandproof, instructions available on the camera itself, scenic options; fast; multiple options for either photo or video mode.

CONS: Having to use the scenes modes without a specific point of focus taking getting used to after using a flex point.

PROS: Large 2.5" bright LCD screen. Splash proof. Lenses are covered when camera is off.

CONS: None so far.
