PROS: Shutter lag recovery is fast. Excellent for indoors shots. Flash is fantastic.
CONS: Have to charge proprietary battery while it is in camera, or buy a charger unit. Camera strap attachment sticks out on side of camera.
PROS: Definately the high iso makes it perfect for night shots without blurring..and long exposure mode also allows for great deal of experimentation.
CONS: I couldnt think of any...really.
PROS: Very quick to operate, amazing battery life (really!)
CONS: Can't change zoom settings while filming, flash often too strong, xD card not as cheap-practical-fast as SD card, lacking a bit of manual settings for more advanced users.
PROS: ISO!!!; lightweight, easy to carry; hardly EVER have to charge the battery; crisp colors; has great basic aperture settings and light metering; 6.3 megapixels; video mode is unlimited (per card space)
CONS: Some problems with over-warm photos; slight purple fringing; zoom is only basic; takes a long time for the macro setting to focus;
PROS: Fast boot, fast shooting at ISO 1600, shoots sequence shots, battery lasts forever
CONS: Wish it had more megapixels! Can be activated in pocket. Keep docking port hooked to AC adapter to prevent loss.
PROS: Sturdy construction, fast response times, no lag, has IR to help focus in low light. incredible battery life, large 2.5" LCD screen, 6.3 megapixels!, bargain price
CONS: Software update to ver. 1.02 caused my camera to freeze! Slightly noisy focus, inconvenient all in one charger/usb hookup, wouldn't mind if the LCD screen had a little higher resolution but no biggie
PROS: Quick Start-UP, 6.3MP, Fast frame to frame, LOOOONG battery life, Nice Pics, easy to use, fits in pocket
CONS: No hard core manual controls, First Unit purchased at Best Buy it was DOA, Second unit purchased only to find a thread or hair inside the lens. Very poor OOB/IFQ. 3rd is a charm
PROS: Manual setting of ISO essential. virtually no image noise below 800 ISO and equals my D100 at 800 and almost at 1600 which is VERY usable! Extremely sharp lens, excellent images printing easily to 16" by 11" and higher. Outstanding battery life. Fast response in normal use, especially at wider zoom settings Excellent video mode apart from no zooming during use. See my webpage http://homepage.ntlworld.com/howard.leigh/F10_Samples/index.html Fits perfectly into my pocket
CONS: Some purple fringing easily removed in Photoshop Elements Chrome setting creates strange results - avoid Barmy USB / recharging arrangement Viewfinder not too good with sun behind. Lack of genuine manual controls fine by me, but not for some
OVERALL SCORE:1/10
PROS: Small, good pics, good buttond(see below), easy to figure out
CONS: disp/back button bery hard to press, camera chooses high ISO's when in auto(usually 800)
PROS: Awesome resolution, good zoom, great look
CONS: Not worth spending so much cash on
