TOTAL USER RATINGS: 10
PROS: all is pro regarding the camera constuction, ease of use and image quality. I use it in 12mp quality normal. The pictures are sensational. I work in the advertising business and got it when it was at cheapest, just before disapearing from the market. at that time the price of the s5 was double so i made a sweet deal with it
CONS: at the begining i was happy with the AA bateries BUT NOT ANY MORE. if you take pics with flashes than they are deepleaded after 150-200 pics. I would like a regular grip with 2 normal camera bateries in it. THAT WOULD BE NICE
OVERALL SCORE:9/10
PROS: Takes great pics of virtually anything...low learning curve.
CONS: Sometimes the 'trigger' response hesitates, but not that bad.
PROS: -Form fit and function reminded me of my film SLR's (F3, N8008) -Easy intuitive interfaces, I went right to work -12.34 Mpixels -Fantastic dynamic range -Utilizes AA Batteries -Great price for capability
CONS: -Poor video monitor output -Limited Sync Speed -Slower than expected RAW file save time -May be pricy for casual photographer

PROS: Takes great photos and very durible.
CONS: No manual focus.
PROS: Loved all of this cameras features.I had to have it for the optical zoom. Digital zooms are grainy.I took pictures of changing leaves in Michigan and pictures of the beach in California they are beautiful.People want copies to hang on their walls.I took a picture of a sail boat in the distance and when blown up I cant believe the details that can be seen. There are people on that boat.
CONS: I sent mine back twice before I learned that the clicking sound while in video mode is from having the the zoom set too far out. It needs a greater depth of field in video so the camera dosen't have to focus, the clicking is the camera trying to focus. You can't change the zoom while in video. It isn't a video camera but works well for what it is.Not small enough to put in a shirt pocket. You can take bad pictures, but not if use the dial for the specific conditions.
PROS: Take good all round Photo's
CONS: No manual focus. but can get over it No tiff, only jpg
PROS: Some time get more dynamic range
CONS: Too high price
PROS: Alaiasing, Soft, Sometime lower resolution than S2.. But, So High Price.. and DR is not effective,
CONS: Carefully think to buy
PROS: image quality features colors built-in flash and x-contact
CONS: not a fast raw-file saver small viewfinder
