PROS: This is such a dramatic improvement over the 6mp, 12x version that you can't compare them. I bought this because I have trips planned to South America and Africa and don't want to miss anything.

CONS: Only drawback I see is that the lens hood doesn't reverse onto to lens when it's not being used.

PROS: The Lumix DMC-FZ35K opens a window on the world. The clarity of subject, fantastic! The ease of use, the owners manual and all accessories, easy to understand. Great Camera!!

CONS: A shame there is no flash shoe, the pop up flash is just okay. Macro could be better, as telephoto. Pictures are really sharp and full of detail. For the price, terrific!
