TOTAL USER RATINGS: 54
PROS: Small & feature rich, easy to use, & great looking pictures.
CONS: Would have been nice to have a rechargable battery.
PROS: Kodak took time to make this little camera user friendly in the extreme. All focusing and adjustment buttons are in the most convenient location. Easy share software is a piece of cake. Picture quality is truly grand and so is this camera. What was really too cool about this camera reading the manual was an option and after thought! And only needs to read to figure out some of the advanced features!! And this is my first digital camera and I am having way too much fun with it!
CONS: Haven't found one yet.
PROS: I wasn't considering a Kodak but, got it as a gift & love it. Immediately easy to use (even without using the manual). Picture quality is excellant. It has a variety of features that I had read about in other cameras. Buttons are easy to figure out & placed well. If you get the optional docking station it makes suprisingly very good pictures. The movies with sound is better quality than the Sony we use at work.
CONS: Same minor con as most digital cameras, they are made to look shiny and therefore not as "sure" of a grip. Kodak has at least a place for thumb & fingers but, wish more was done to increase grip-ability.
PROS: The pictures are the sharpest and clearest on the market.this camera is also very easy to learn.instructions are easy to read and simple to understand. great job kodak!
CONS: none
PROS: Very easy to use, with excelent picutre quality. The movies are also quite good. When compared to the Olympus Stylus 410 Digital, the picures from the kodak are much better. The color saturation is higher and the pictures look substantialy more life like. Just to show you that not all 4 megapixel cameras are created equal.
CONS: Doesn't come with a rechargable battery, but I guess you can spend the extra $10 if you want.
PROS: I JUST PURCHASED THIS CAMERA,BECAUSE NOT ONLY IN THE NEED FOR ONE,BUT THE CNET CONSUMER REVEIWS! VERY EASY TO USE!GREAT PITCURES!GREAT EASY TO USE SOFTWARE! = AAA
CONS: NONE!
PROS: this is my second camera, the first being a fuji which I was not really pleased with because it did not take clear pictures...now with this kodak camera it is so easy to use and the pics really come out sharp and clear and they are awesome when printed on the photo paper...I would suggest buying a 128 MB SD card cause you will want to take a lot of pics...
CONS: the batteries do not last long so I would suggest buying rechargeables...
PROS: -Having to pay only $230-250. -Best camera on the market under $400 -Great quality -Good size for portability If you are looking to spend under $400 this is the one. Don't get the one that is the DX6440. Just get the printer dock with this one. That one is $100 more for just the dock and 1x optical, I've seen the dock for around $75 before ((very very rare)) The one thing I want the dx6440 is the 1x optical, when looking for a camera look for OPTICAL zoom NOT digital. Optical has quality, digital sucks
CONS: -Software is way too easy to use and for advanced projects, its not good I just use Adobe Photoshop.
PROS: MY FIRST DIGITAL CAMERA WAS A KODAK DX3600 2.2 MP.....I THOUGHT I SHOULD MOVE UP TO 4 MP..I MADE ONE MISTAKE, I DIDNT STAY WITH KODAK. TRIED ANOTHER BRAND...IT WAS SO CONFUSING TO USE WITH NO TECK SUPPORT I WAS FORCED TO BRING IT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS. THEN I WENT BACK TO A SURE MANUFACTURER AND BOUGHT KODAK 7430 I MADE A GREAT DECISION. THIS CAMERA IS SO SIMPLE TO USE. YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A DIDITAL GENIUS..IT TAKES GREAT PICTURES. I LIKE THE EASE OF LOCATING ALL THE FEATURES.ALSO THE SOFTWARE IS EXCELLANT..THANKS KODAK FOR MAKING ME A BELIEVER.
CONS: NON.
PROS: Great quality in various environments. Fast, you won't miss any special moment. Nice features (email, thumbnail view, print...), low power consuming (relatively). With WinXP just plug it and that's it.
CONS: Video format (.MOV) is not recognized by WMP or RP, you'll need to have QuickTime Player to view it.
