Domke Adds Fashionable Touch to Typical Camera Bags

Fashionable gear for carrying your photo equipment has become all the rage in the last few years. No one seems to want camera bags that look like, well, camera bags. Domke is the latest to jump on the trend, launching its new line of Next Generation gear at the PhotoPlus Expo show in New York this week.

The Next Generation Domke line also adds personalization capabilities, with Velcro-attached dividers that can be used to customize the bags for every shooter. Beyond that, the Next Generation line sports a stylish, updated look, said Steve Tiffen, president and CEO of the Tiffen Company, Domke?s corporate parent. Manufactured in the United States, the bags are made of soft canvas that molds to the body for a comfortable fit when on the go. Interchangeable pocket inserts let shooters custom-tailor the bags, protecting gear while providing easy and convenient access in even the most action-packed situations. High-tech fabrics and unique hardware combine to make the bags strong yet versatile. Pricing is expected to be announced soon.
