After a public Beta release, Lightroom 4 is finally and officially available for purchase. As a refresher, Lightroom4 adds localized controls for noise reduction, moire and white balance, as well as common image adjustments for video clips.
This version of Lightroom plays well with Blurb, a book publishing platform with templates now integrated in LR4's interface. Video editing options have been expanded. Users can now play, trim and extract video clips and export them as H.264 files.
Pricing and availability
Lightroom 4 is available now to Mac and Windows users for $149 or $79 as an upgrade to existing versions.
