Nikon announces a new flagship Speedlight flash unit, the SB-910. It incorporates an improved LCD panel with a new graphic interface and, according to Nikon reps, offers better battery life than its SB-900 predecessor. The new interface features illuminated function buttons and a dedicated menu button for quicker access to basic settings.
The SB-910 will use a Thermal Cut-Out feature to extend flash recycle time automatically when it detects unsafe levels of heat from continuous flash use. This TTL flash unit can also wirelessly trigger three groups of lighting elements.
Pricing and Availability
The Nikon Speedlight SB-910 will be available this December for $549.95.
