Season finale of House filmed with Canon 5D Mark II

This season's final episode of TV drama House was filmed using a Canon EOS 5D Mark II, PetaPixel.com is reporting. The show's director, Greg Yaitanes, answered questions over Twitter about the use of the camera during the filming of the episode.

Canon recently released firmware version 2.0.4 for the EOS 5D Mark II, making 24p video recording possible. Yaitanes states that the House season finale was shot in 24p. The episode will air on May 17th on the Fox network.
