Panasonic announces pricing for Lumix TS2, ZS7/ZS5, and ZR3

Panasonic puts a price tag on four new cameras announced for PMA. The Lumix TS2, ZS7/ZS5, and ZR3 were released weeks prior to the imaging trade show without pricing information. Panasonic also announces today that all of the models will begin shipping in mid-March.

The rugged Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS2 will feature an MSRP of $399.95. It's their second-generation tough camera featuring waterproof functionality, shock resistance, and cold-weather resistance. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7 and DMC-ZS5 are new additions to their popular ZS line. The ZS7 features a 12x optical zoom range and GPS functionality. It is being priced at $399.95, while the step-down ZS5 with 12x zoom and no GPS will cost $299.95. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZR3 will offer a 10x optical zoom range starting at $299.95.
