The 64GB SDXC card boasts storage space for up to a whopping 18,240 recorded 12 megapixel images, and the 48GB card will hold up to about 13,470.
Be ready to spend some serious cash if you're interested in an SDXC memory card. Available globally in February, the 64GB card will cost $599.99 and the 48GB will sell for $449.95. They'll be compatible with Panasonic's the Lumix cameras and digital camcorders also announced today.
