Pentax brings DA 15mm f/4 Limited to PMA

Pentax's latest wide-angle lens, the DA 15mm f/4 ED AL Limited, has been anticipated for some time, but the manufacturer provided retail release information and final specs on the new optic in a pre-PMA announcement.

DA 15mm f/4

Built within an extremely compact aluminum barrel like the rest of the DA Limited series, the DA 15mm provides a wide-angle focal length equal to roughly 23mm on Pentax's current DSLRs.

Pentax has been showing off production-ready samples of the new lens at pre-PMA events, and plans to roll the new glass out to retailers in April. Initial suggested retail price for the DA 15mm is $649.95.
