Adobe offers Photoshop update

As Adobe announced today, Photoshop CS4 users can now download a free update for a leaner, meaner Photoshop.

With the 11.0.1 update, Adobe hopes to iron out a few performance issues plaguing Photoshop users. Here are some of the featured improvements:

A few issues causing slower performance have been addressed
Improved quality of auto-blend layers (stack images)
Correct recognition of 3D textures edited by plug-ins
Fix for crash that may have occurred when formatted text was pasted in

To get the update, Photoshop users can follow the link to Adobe's website or access it directly through their Photoshop software by going to the application's updater.
