Macintosh accessory manufacturer NewerTech has announced its latest hard drive solution for dual-platform users. The NewerTech Voyager provides a "docking station" for 2.5 inch or 3.5 inch SATA hard drives up to 2TB.

The Voyager's most notable feature, though, is its four-pronged interface approach: the docking station can be connected via Firewire 400/800, eSATA, or USB 2.0, providing almost guaranteed plug-and-play access regardless of what platform you work on.
Because it's not an enclosure (inserted drives sit in a cradle, rather than inside a case), the Voyager also allows for quick and easy drive swapping, and even supports hot-swapping using its on-board drive eject button.
The Voyager has a suggested retail price of just under $100, and is being sold exclusively through NewerTech's distributor, Other World Computing.
