SanDisk has released a new 32 GB, high speed CompactFlash card targeted to professional photography and videography markets.

The 32 GB SanDisk Extreme III offers pro-grade storage capacity alongside data transfer rates of up to 30MB/s – a 50 percent increase over previous theoretical speeds for the Extreme III line. This new transfer limit should be a boon for shooting pros working with capacity hungry raw images, especially.
Built for life in the field, the latest Extreme III cards also advertise the widest guaranteed operating temperature range, surviving -13 degrees to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
The 32 GB model, which should be available in October, has a suggested retail price of $299.99.
